On November 3, the handover ceremony for four charity houses was held in Vị Thanh Ward, Cần Thơ City. This annual charitable initiative is jointly organized by the Vietnam Roofing Association and the Vietnam Heart Fund of Vietnam Television (VTV), and is implemented across different regions of the country.
In 2025, the Association and the Fund provided support to four disadvantaged families in Vị Thanh Ward. Through contributions from the member factories of the Vietnam Roofing Association, three brand-new houses were constructed, while one existing house received a new roof, with a total project value of over VND 600 million.
The joyful smiles were seen not only on the faces of the beneficiary families but also among their neighbors, who were delighted to witness these families finally leaving behind the hardship of living under roofs that leaked whenever it rained and became unbearably hot under the sun. As the saying goes, a secure home is the foundation for a stable livelihood. We sincerely hope that these new homes will provide a solid beginning and pave the way for a brighter future for these families.
